Account Deletion Support
If you want to delete your PLAY IN THE BOX account, follow the steps below.
Delete account in app
1. Open the PLAY IN THE BOX app and sign in.
2. Go to Account > Profile > Delete account.
3. Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.
4. Your account deletion request will be submitted immediately.
Request deletion by support email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to: support@playinthebox.com
Please include your account email, display name, and the reason for your request so we can verify account ownership.
Processing time
We process account deletion requests within 7 business days after identity verification.
If additional verification is needed, we will contact you by email.
What is deleted
After completion, profile information and app account access are removed.
You will not be able to sign in with the deleted account.
What may be retained
Some transaction records may be retained for a limited period when required by applicable law (for example, payment, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute records).
Retained records are stored only for legal compliance and security purposes.
